Desde que não seja feita retirada de inscrição de admissão, será dada continuidade de seleção dentro do ano fiscal vigente. No entanto, caso o seu período expirar, será necessário efetuar inscrição novamente.
Devido não ser possível admissão, e inevitavelmente ter que prorrogar licença parental, há casos que será necessário alterar mês de admissão, impreterivelmente favor entrar em contato com a Divisão de Creche e Jardim de Infância (Tel:0853-21-6964).
A situação de futuras admissões em creches, serão divulgadas na página da prefeitura, através do código QR abaixo. (Para inscrições disponíveis à qualquer momento: mensalmente em torno do dia 7.)

Your application to enroll in your desired daycare center(s) will be valid until the end of the current financial year, unless you withdraw your application.
In the event that we cannot offer you a placement within that period, you will need to reapply.
If you have to extend your parental leave because you cannot be offered a place in a daycare center, please contact Izumo City's Early Childhood Care Department (TEL: 0853-21-6964) as there may be changes to your enrollment month.
The current vacancy status of daycare centers in Izumo City can be checked on our website. Please scan the QR code below for more info.
(Mid-year enrollment applications will be opened around the 7th of every month)

申込取下げの意向がない限り、年度内の入所希望期間は継続して選考します。ただし、有効期間が満了する方については再度申込が必要です。
入所が決まらなかったため、やむを得ず育児休業を延長される場合は、入所希望月に変更が生じる場合がありますので、必ず、出雲市保育幼稚園課（TEL：0853-21-6964）にご連絡ください。
今後の保育所の入所可能状況は下記QRコード先の市ホームページで公開します。（随時入所用：毎月７日頃）

À partir da 2ªseleção, os candidatos aprovados serão publicados através do código QR abaixo, no site da prefeitura. (Os resultados da 2ªseleção serão publicados no dia 06 de março, e os resultados das inscrições para admissão à qualquer momento à partir de maio, serão anunciados em torno do dia 20 de cada mês.)
O ID é o「ID de consulta」descrito na「Notificação de utilização da instalação pendente」denominado abaixo como「Notificação pendente」.

From the second round of placements and onwards, please scan the QR code below and check the status of your child's placement by searching for your ID.
The second round of placements will be announced on March 6. Placements for applicants entering daycare in May or later will be announced on the 20th of the month before enrollment.
You will find your ID on the Notice of Pending Decision (horyū tsūchi); please look for the characters 問い合わせID, which will indicate your ID. You will find your Notice of Pending Decision enclosed with the Japanese version of this document.

Em relação à notificação pendent/About Notices of Pending Decision/保留通知について

A「notificação pendente」será enviada somente no primeiro exame de seleção ou na primeira seleção após alteração no conteúdo de inscrição.
Caso necessite de「notificação pendente」à partir da 2ªseleção, solicitar eletronicamente através do código QR abaixo. Após confirmação, será enviado via correio, ou entregue no balcão de atendimento.

A Notice of Pending Decision will be sent to applicants who are screened for the first time or who have made changes to their application.
If you did not receive an offer during two or more screenings and require a Notice of Pending Decision, please submit a digital application via the QR code below.
Once your application has been processed, the notice will be sent by post or given to you in-person at our service ounter in Izumo City Hall.

Em relação à emissão de certificado de pagamento./About Certificates of Childcare Needs/支給認定証の発行について

Com base nas necessidades de cuidados infantis, será enviado o「Certificado de valor de pagamento」após matrícula em creches licenciadas, etc.
Caso receba notificação pendente, e necessite de um 「Certificado de Pagamento」 para efetuar a matrícula em creche não licenciada, entrar em contato com a Divisão de Creche e Jardim de Infância da prefeitura de Izumo (Tel: 0853-21-6964).
